Scope of Services

Arbolitics provides a B2B SaaS platform delivering satellite-based analytics, climate data insights, geospatial analysis, reports, dashboards and API access. The Services are for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, agronomic, investment or credit advice.

Contract Formation

A contract is concluded through acceptance of an offer, execution of an Order Form, or activation of platform access.

License

Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Platform for internal business purposes during the contract term.

Fees and Term

Subscriptions are annual and do not renew automatically. Fees are payable within 30 days of invoice date.

Data Accuracy

Platform outputs are model-based and may contain uncertainties or delays. No guarantee of absolute accuracy or completeness is provided.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be concluded where required.

Liability

Arbolitics has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages and capped at the fees paid in the last contract year. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

API Access

If agreed, API access is provided subject to rate limits and technical restrictions. Misuse may result in suspension.

Customer Responsibility

All business decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Customer.

Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
